D-Prize Challenge 2026, a global initiative aimed at identifying and supporting innovative social entrepreneurs who are committed to alleviating poverty. This challenge offers seed funding of up to $20,000 USD to launch new organizations that can deliver proven poverty interventions at scale.​

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should:

  • Be launching a new organization; existing organizations are generally not eligible
  • Have a commitment to scaling a proven poverty intervention
  • Demonstrate the potential for significant social impact​

Application Process

  1. Concept Note Submission: Submit a two-page concept note outlining your proposed venture.
  2. Resume Submission: Provide resumes for all team members.
  3. Evaluation Rounds:
    • Round 1: Initial screening of concept notes and resumes.
    • Round 2: Top 5% of applicants will be invited to answer short written questions.
    • Final Round: Top candidates will undergo phone and email interviews.
  4. Award & Launch: Selected entrepreneurs will receive funding to pilot their ventures.​

  • Global Competition Launch: April 7, 2025
  • Early Submission Deadline: May 18, 2025
  • Regular Submission Deadline: June 8, 2025
  • Extension Deadline: June 29, 2025​
