  • Be between 24 and 38 years of age at the time of the seminar.​

  • Be proficient in at least two of the three working languages of the United Nations: English, French, and Spanish.​
  • Submit a complete application, including a curriculum vitae, a motivation letter (400–800 words), and two letters of recommendation dated 2025.​

While participation in the seminar is free, the United Nations is unable to cover travel or living expenses for all participants. However, subject to funding availability, a limited number of fellowships may be awarded to participants from developing countries to assist with travel and/or living costs.​
